Patient Safety

Our commitment is to our patients.

We closely follow guidance from the American Dental Association (ADA), the Center for Disease Control (CDC), and OSHA regarding personal protective equipment (PPE) and the best standard of care for our patients.

Our doctors and staff will do everything in our power to provide a safe and comfortable environment for you. Here’s what to expect at your next appointment:

Symptom Screening

Patients are pre-screened over the phone and again upon entering our facility. For the safety of others, we will reschedule you if you have any flu-like symptoms or another contagious illness. Employees are screened daily for symptoms and any employee showing signs of illness will remain home until cleared by our administrators and their healthcare provider.

Social Distancing

Our spacious lobby is set up to help you remain at a safe distance from others. We also have contactless forms available for your safety and convenience. We encourage you to review and fill out the New Patient Forms before you arrive.

Cleaning and Safety

We have always been committed to the highest standards of cleaning. Due to COVID-19, we’ve upped our game to provide even more protection for our staff and clients. Surfaces in waiting rooms and common areas are deep cleaned regularly throughout each day and hand sanitizer is available at many different areas in our office. As always, our treatment rooms are thoroughly sterilized and sanitized for each patient including all dental chairs, equipment, and surfaces.

Protective Equipment

Our dentists, hygienists, and assistants all wear required PPE such as masks when caring for patients. We closely follow guidance from the American Dental Association (ADA), the Center for Disease Control (CDC), and OSHA regarding personal protective equipment (PPE) and the best standard of care for our patients.

Safe Scheduling

High-risk patients are offered early or late appointment times to minimize contact. We ask that our patients arrive on time, and not come early, to limit the number of patients in our lobby. We will call patients back to our treatment rooms as soon as possible upon arrival. We ask that only those scheduled for an appointment come to the office. If a patient requires a parent or a caregiver to come along, they are screened and checked for symptoms as well.

If you have any questions or concerns, please call us! Our team is standing by.
